摘要
This paper presents the design and analysis of wireless power transfer (WPT) system on biological media. The WPT system operates at 6.78-MHz industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) radio band. In addition, three building blocks: transmitter (TX), receiver (RX), and resonant tank are used to construct the WPT system. To gain more insight into the WPT on biological media, pork muscle is utilized in this work. Operating at 10-mm distance with pork muscle between TX and RX, the RX can produce 626-mV DC output voltage. It is able to derive the next stage due to the output voltage greater than 0.5-V to 0.6-V threshold voltage of the active devices. Moreover, the simplified equivalent circuit model with pork muscle is developed. Furthermore, the signal degradation because of the pork muscle is predicted.
