abstract = "In this paper, a robust H∞ fuzzy observer is proposed for a class of time-delay discrete fuzzy bilinear systems with parameter uncertainties. Utilizing the Lipschitz conditions, a linear matrix inequality approach is developed and a sufficient condition is obtained to design the robust H∞ fuzzy observer. Besides, the robust H ∞ fuzzy observer for time-delay discrete fuzzy bilinear systems with parameter uncertainties can be obtained through the LMIs without any pre-assigned gain matrices. Finally, a numerical example is illustrated the feasibility and effectively of proposed observer design method.",
