Passive mode locking of c-cut Nd:LuVO4 laser by the SESAM at 1086 nm

Abstract

By proper design the reflectance band of the SESAM, the passive mode locking has been first time demonstrated in c-cut Nd:LuVO4 laser with the center wavelength at 1086 nm and the pulsewidth about 144 ps.
