Luminance dynamic range conersion circuit based on probabilistic neural network for night vision system

Abstract

In this paper, we will discuss the development of digital image technology. The study is mainly focused on the problem that how luminance affects the sensitivity of charge-coupled device, which will determine the quality of captured images. In order to solve the problems caused from the light effects the sensitivity of charge-coupled device, we will provide the method of luminance dynamic range conversion, which is manufactured by 0.18um single poly-silicon and six metal CMOS technology. Chip size is equal to 2.1mm x 2.1mm and core size is equal to 1.6mm x 1.6mm. We adopt on chip memory to record luminance value and the memory size is 23,768 bits. From the result of the experiment, we can see the light adjustments and the display of clear images in different light environments.
