Abstract

Impressive efficiency enhancement of 15.38% of crystalline-silicon solar-cell with Eudoped silicate-phosphors and SiO2-layer using spin-on technique is demonstrated. Reflectance, external quantum efficiency, and photovoltaic I-V characteristics are used to examine the downshifting effectiveness.
