A fast hybrid MoM/FEM technique for microstripline vertical couplers with multiple identical cavities

Abstract

The hybrid MoM/FEM method is successfully applied to a microstripline-fed slot-coupled cavity. The computed results are in good agreement with the measurement. A novel technique to solve the MoM matrices of multiple identical cavities from the result of single cavity is demonstrated.
